These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the nsight website and application at nsight.me (the “Service”), operated by nsight (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
nsight is an app review analytics platform that helps developers, product managers, and teams understand user feedback. The Service includes:

- •Release monitoring and alerts (Pro feature)
- •Comparison reports
- •PDF export functionality
Account Registration
Creating an Account
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may register using:

Account Responsibilities
You agree to:

- •Keep your account credentials secure
- •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- •Be responsible for all activity under your account

Billing

Acceptable Use
You Agree To:

- ✕Upload malicious code or content
- ✕Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- ✕Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
- ✕Create multiple accounts to bypass limits
Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by nsight and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The nsight name, logo, and all related names, logos, and slogans are trademarks of nsight. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as report configurations and preferences). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide the Service.
App Store Data
The Service analyzes publicly available app reviews from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not claim ownership of this third-party content. All app names, logos, and reviews remain the property of their respective owners.
AI-Generated Content
The Service uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI and Google Gemini) to generate reports and analysis. You acknowledge that:
- •AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
- •AI analysis is provided for informational purposes only
- •You are responsible for verifying AI-generated insights before making business decisions
- •We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including:
- •Google (authentication, analytics)
- •OpenAI (AI analysis)
- •Google Gemini (AI analysis)
- •DigitalOcean (hosting)
- •Resend (email delivery)
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE RESULTS FROM USING THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NSIGHT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless nsight and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

- •Your violation of these Terms
- •Your violation of any rights of another party
- •Your content submitted to the Service
Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@nsight.me or using the account deletion feature in the Service.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe:
- •You have violated these Terms
- •Your use poses a security risk
- •Your use may cause legal liability for us
- •Your account has been inactive for an extended period
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- •Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- •We may delete your account and data (subject to our Privacy Policy)
- •Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification)
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:
- •Posting the updated Terms on this page
- •Updating the "Last updated" date
- •Sending you an email notification (for material changes)
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@nsight.me. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
Binding Arbitration
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, unless you are a consumer in the EU, in which case you retain your right to bring claims in your local courts.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and nsight regarding the Service.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
No Agency
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and nsight.
