Feature

Pulse: know when something changes.

Pulse monitors your tracked apps for version updates, metadata changes, and sentiment shifts, then tells you what changed and why. A Pro feature.

Most teams discover a problem when users are already complaining. By the time you check the console, the damage is visible in your rating.

Pulse watches the apps you care about on a regular schedule. It checks for new versions every six hours, compares review sentiment against your last report every three days, and creates a detailed event whenever something meaningful changes. You see what happened, what shifted, and what to do about it.

How it works

  1. 1

Enable Pulse on any app you have already analyzed. nsight begins tracking it for version updates and sentiment changes.

  2. 2

Every six hours, Pulse checks for new app versions and release note edits. It detects major updates, silent patches, and metadata changes.

  3. 3

Every three days, the AI scrapes fresh reviews and compares them against your last report. If sentiment shifts five or more points, a new complaint emerges, or a category score moves significantly, a Review Delta event is created.

  4. 4

Each event appears in your Pulse timeline with a detailed breakdown: sentiment before and after, new and resolved complaints, category score changes, and a summary. You also get an email notification.

Why it matters

Catch releases early

See when a new version ships and whether review sentiment changes in the days after.

Spot new complaints before they spread

The AI flags complaints that were not in your previous report, so you know what is new.

Track what got fixed

Resolved complaints are highlighted, so you can confirm that a release actually addressed the issue.
